A key reference in landscape art, the garden embodies the progressive spirit of Enlightenment  and is reminiscent of Rousseau, whose grave lies on the "Island of Poplars". A program of cultural events takes place in the park from April to October.

Roseraie David Austin

After Great Britain and Japan, David Austin chose the Morienval Abbey to set its official rose garden in France. Below of the imposing bedside of the Abbey, 1600 roses reveal the extent of the famous floral directory of the English Rosarian.

Manoir du Plessis-au-Bois

On the edge of the Retz forest, near Crépy en Valois, the manor is typical of farm manors built in the Valois and the Soissonais at the end of the Middle Ages and at the beginning of the Renaissance. We can find, amoung others, a flowery vegetable garden, a lawn, rosebush hoops, a fruity orchard and pools.

Attributed to Le Notre, this 20 hectares park includes numerous seventeenth century statues. There is the presence of a cold room, an underground tunnel and a water room. Remarkable garden.
